Christina Pantzer, PMHNP
Christina Pantzer is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who graduated from the Yale School of Nursing. She received her clinical training at the Yale Child Study Center, Yale New Haven Hospital, and Connecticut Mental Health Center. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia with a psychology major and Spanish minor. She is passionate about increasing access to holistic mental healthcare and is currently expanding her skills by undergoing training in EMDR, Breath Body Mind, and Ketamine-assisted therapy.
In addition to the clinical sphere, Christina hopes to continue growing in her career through research and work in global health. During her training, she had the privilege of traveling to Argentina, Ghana, and China to learn about the healthcare systems and cultural views on mental health care in each context. Her research interests include lived experiences in mental health, addressing language and cultural barriers in healthcare, and innovative mental health solutions. She is an alumna from the Yale School of Public Health’s LEITH Lab and currently works as a research consultant at Yale School of Nursing’s Bio-behavioral Lab.
Christina finds meaning in exploring new places, trying different foods, going for runs, capturing moments through photography, and spending time with loved ones.
